Description

A digitally altered version of a very miniature painting of a single blue and violet aster or daisy. AI and digital techniques were used to create a scaled up version suitable for printing. Tiny art will often be overwhelmed by paper and canvas textures when magnified. Digital and generative approaches can transform the magnified image into more of what is actually seen in the tiny original, softening brush and canvas textures and allowing the image to come through.
This is a single soft yet bold graceful blue and violet aster flower bursting like a star against an abstract mottled background. The flower itself has been rendered from a high magnification scan of a 2x2 inch original acrylic painting. The textures have been softened into a Contemporary, semi-abstract impressionist style. This print will combine well with other flower power series prints to create themed wall art or room decor.
